The book, Cocktails on Tap: The Art of Mixing Spirits and Beer, is a collection of fifty or so recipes culled from plenty of inspiration around the world, the book will be a guide for anyone looking to up the ante on their drink making skills.

Beer has become a favorite ingredient for bartenders and Cocktails on Tap features the best of these of contemporary creations too. Drinks like the Mai Ta-IPA and Hopped Up Nui Nui put hoppy twists on a classic tiki cocktails with the addition of India Pale Ale. The Green Devil boosts the powerful Belgian beer Duvel with juniper-forward London Dry gin and a rinse of aromatic absinthe.
