Everything in moderation, right? This video, inspired by “One Day More” from Les Miserables, pokes fun at our obsession at replacing ingredients with all the “non” versions. Granted, many people live with debilitating food allergies, certainly not fodder for entertainment, but for the rest of us, it’s important not to take ourselves too seriously.
